Description	Objective: a practical and effective training course to be used as a career development tool, to provide junior engineers with a broad technical understanding of the oil and gas industry from upstream exploration and production, midstream gas processing and transportation, to downstream refining, sales and marketing operations. Contents: Basic Exploration & Production, Upstream Processing, Maintenance Management, Refining and End Products, Instrumentation and DCS, Supply and Trading, End Markets, Safety & Environmental, Protection in Oil Industry. Prerequisites: Engineering Degree, 2-3 years of working experience, very good English level. Cost: only 1.000 euro per participant. **Under the patronage of Petroleum Training and Qualifying Institute (PTQI - www.ptqi.edu.ly)**
