A Dynamic Simulation Study (DSS) for Cold Dry and Warm Wet Ground Flare Systems to be provided for the Browse LNG Project has been awarded by Saipem.
The Browse LNG project is the latest LNG export facility being considered in Western Australia's north-west coast.
The studies will be conducted during the FEED activities; the DSS scope of work is to provide two dynamic simulation models for the Cold Dry Ground Flare and two dynamic simulation models for the Warm Wet Ground Flare, with minimum and maximum number of stages, in order to analyze the blowdown pressure and temperature transient behaviour and the staging system sequences. The project will have an approximate duration of 3 months. |

Operability Assurance Services contract awarded by CCC within Shah Gas Development Project, Package 11 – Abu Dhabi, UAE |

The Shah Gas Development Project aims to develop onshore sour gas reservoir at Shah and to establish grass root gas processing facilities with a capacity to process 1,000 MMSCFD of sour gas with a view to ensure additional gas availability to the sales gas network by 2013. The project has been divided in several packages and within the Package 11 – Sulphur Storage and Granulation Unit, CCC assigned to CEng a contract of assistance for the Operability Assurance Services. The activities will have an estimated duration of 3 years and they are the following:
- MEL definition and implementation;
- FMEA and Criticality analysis;
- RCM Studies;
- Spare Parts Validation;
- CMMS population;
- Maintenance Manual;
- Operating Manual;
- Training Material. |

Evaluation of Decommissioning costs for Edison gas reservoirs – Italy |

C. Engineering, in partnership with its mother company D’Appolonia, completed the decommissioning study for Edison..
Activities carried our include:
- evaluation of the overall procedure;
- time needed and associated costs for the execution of: decommissioning , reinstatement and permanent abandonment of reservoirs.
Sites involved in the study are the gas reservoirs of Cellino, Collalto, San Potito e Cotignola, operated by Edison Stoccaggio. |

Maintenance Engineering Services contract awarded by Hyundai Engineering & Construction for Habshan 5 project within Integrated Gas Development Project – Abu Dhabi, UAE |

The Abu Dhabi Integrated Gas Development Project aims to increase Habshan field processing capacity. All project facilities are planned to be installed through five separate EPC Packages. Within the Habshan 5 Utilities & Offistes Package, Hyundai E&C assigned to CEng a contract for Maintenance Engineering Services that includes the following activities:
- MEL development;
- RCM Analysis;
- CMMS Data Base Implementation.
The duration of the activities is foreseen to be 12 months. |
