C.Engineering, jointly with Al Mazroui Eng. its Commercial Partner in Abu Dhabi., has been awarded by ADCO for the development and implementation of the new integrated framework for Operating Manuals and E-Learning modules. The pilot implementation will be focused on the Bu Hasa Field.

The Project consists in developing a Web Based framework for the Operating Manuals that shall include all the necessary information to allow ADCO to carry out all operations in a safe manner and sustain the integrity of their assets.

The main objectives of the Project are:

-          Assess the existing Bu Hasa operating manuals and procedures;

-          Develop a web based framework;

-          Review and update the Bu Hasa existing operating manuals and procedures in format and content and migrate them in the developed web based framework;

-          Interface the Bu Hasa Operating Manuals with the existing COMPANY’s Information System and Databases.

-          Set a process to ensure continuous updating of the Bu Hasa Operation Manuals in junction with ADCO Management of Change (MOC) procedures;

-          Develop E-learning modules (3D and Multimedia contents) system that will enable newly hired personnel (operators and engineers) to understand the design features, functionality and key parameters that affect the operation performance of key process equipment deployed in ADCO production systems;

-          Train the ADCO designated staff on using and updating the new manuals and E-learning modules;

-          Conduct a six (6) month survey after the deployment of the system in order to collect end user feedback and to monitor the effectiveness of the solution proposed.
